Delete Account

If you use the Eswap app and want to remove your account, you can delete it in-app. If you cannot access the app, submit the request form below. This page is intended to satisfy Google Play's web resource requirement for account deletion.

In-App Deletion

Open the Eswap app.
Go to Profile -> Settings.
Tap Delete Account and confirm.

I confirm I am the owner of this Eswap account and I am authorized to request deletion. I consent to being contacted at the registered email if verification is needed. I understand account deletion may be irreversible.

Deletion timeline: account access is disabled immediately (when applicable), and permanent deletion is completed within 30 days. Some transaction and security records may be retained when required for legal, compliance, or fraud prevention obligations. If you created an account in-app, you can also delete the account in-app as described above.
